A new KIT book entitled 'Why did the Chicken cross the Road - and other stories on development evaluation' is the result of a collaborative effort by the Policy and Operations Evaluation Department (IOB) of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Euforic and KIT. The book contains the editorials which have been published in the Euforic Aid Evaluation Dossier since 2001.
