Don't mention the change...lessons from Diplopedia

Diplopedia is an internal collaboration tool, rightly lauded as a model of using free and open source web 2.0 tools to energise internal collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Change in large organisations is always difficult, especially so when it involves technology. Richard Boly, Director of the Office of eDiplomacy at the US State Department shares some of the lessons he has learned from successfully introducing Diplopedia and a range of other tools to the Department
